"Faultless service"
Had a fault with my iPhone 11 Pro Max which had a faulty ambient light sensor on the screen. I visited my local apple store as the phone was just about to go out of warranty and unfortunately as the phone had an intermittent fault it was ok at the time of my appointment. Due to this the phone wasn’t fixed in the warranty period but when ringing the customer care team after the warranty expired I was pleasantly surprised to see that apple said they would look to repair the phone as the fault was reported in the warranty period. Throughout the repair José looked after me in the customer care team and got the phone send off and returned to me repaired within 2 working days which was great. Faultless service and great aftercare. Just a shame Apple don’t cover warranty for 2 years like most other manufacturers.

"Recent dealing with Apple"
Bought an iPhone 12 pro max and some accessories direct from apple (first time buying the phone direct rather than a network contract) got told it would be here in 3 weeks, got an update to say it would be delivered a week earlier which I was over the moon about. I recently got a brand new Apple Mac mini which when it came was faulty, went online and instead of getting a replacement I have requested a refund, the process is so easy to do as you can have a currier come to your house and collect it. Also their customer service is spot on, accidentally wiped my MacBook Air, requested a call from
apple support and within 2 minutes I had a call and was connected to an agent who put me through to a lady called Jessica who took me through it step by step, was very patient with me and was a pleasure to speak to. My issue was fixed within the hour which was very important since I use my MacBook to work from home. Don't understand all the bad reviews on here as I have always found them good and wouldn't use any other phones/computers

"Return to Apple"
I originally bought a Samsung Galaxy Ultra about 8 months ago as I’ve nearly always used android, I liked the functionality and the flexibility of the platform. Flagship Samsung phones are great, but, I’ve actually found for a £1000+ phone it just wasn’t quite right somehow. Photos come out a bit over – processed, I thought I’d need the 6.9 screen but it actually feels a bit unnecessary.
So I decided to give Apple another try, as I did use them years ago but found the lack of functionality and flexibility quite restrictive. Now with iOS 14 it’s a completely different story. I bought an iPhone 11 which was brilliant, but after a month of use decided I did want a screen that was slightly bigger just not monster size like the Galaxy Ultra.
So in the end I’ve opted for the 11 pro max and have been using it for about the last month. Don’t get me wrong, I’m not awash with money but like many people I want my main device to be just right if I’m going to be using it all the time and spending the money on it. I wasn’t quite prepared to go all out for the 12 pro max for my return to the Apple ecosystem though.
From Apple’s customer care right through to the new iOS and more secure platform in comparison to android everything is just so much better. When other companies are now also charging in the £1000 range they just can’t compete with the Apple experience that you pay for as well as the device/product.
The 11 pro max is a beautiful device, it feels amazing in the hand, the matte effect glass on the back seems to resist smudges and always looks smart and overall the device is very sturdy and premium. The user experience is amazing and I now much prefer it to android. It’s fast and handles everything you put it through, gaming, productivity, watching films etc; the battery life is excellent and I’m a medium to heavy user. I don’t know how to explain it but there’s something very reassuring about the Apple ecosystem.
Most phones cost a lot of money nowadays if you want quality and something that does everything and will last for a good few years, and for me this is it.

I am so excited using IPhone 11! Camera, all apps for sending messages, editing photos and other sources, which it has, make my life easier. However, I am confused a little bit, because the variety of models impresses me. But it is just a matter of time. Soon I will be a happy owner of new electronic assistant. What can be better?

"Bad service counteracted with amazing service - not all bad"
Spoke to one woman yesterday called Zoe and she wasn't very helpful she kept asking me for information I didn't have and then when I kept telling her I didn't have the information she needed (because it didn't exist) she got very irritated and simply told me she doesn't know what to do and refused to pass me to a supervisor for support - I then had to solve the problem by myself - not impressed. However I spoke to one lady today who did not giver her name who was lovely, She was very chatty and gave amazing personal expereicnes of a product over the phone and helped me to make a decision based on facts she gave me. Very grateful - they're not all bad :)
"Lydia Is The Best @ Apple Support"
I sw Lydia Idk where she is located. She is an AWESOME & OUTSTANDING rep. She is very patient & understanding. If I could give her a rating on a scale from 1 - 10 she would definitely get 175. Lydia is old school customer service. I'm thankful she didn't have a talk time as most customer svc reps do. I am a supervisor in customer service. My situation was my phone was frozen. I went to pay off the bill during this pandemic we are facing right now. Lydia patiently waited until I returned home to help me unlock my phone. While waiting Lydia reached out to diff depts. to make sure I would be able to hook up to a laptop I haven't used in years to unfreeze my phone. All I can say is she is GREAT!!! She fixed the problem. I wish her WONDEREFUL ENDEAVORS in her future. She is having a baby girl in June and already has a 6 year old. Please WORLD hire more ppl like Lydia. This Is what c/s is about. Lydi if u read this know that u will ALWAYS be in the prayers of the Chandra's in NC. God Bless U sweetie. Lydia saved me over $500.00

"Upgrade Program - Thumbs Up"
I love Apple's iphone upgrade program. Allows me to get a new phone yearly. The warranty coverage is included in the monthly payment & it's so worth it. Service is always great at the Apple stores. I own their iMacs, iPads, Apple TV & Airbook. I love how everything is connected & I also dig how it's not as susceptible to viruses. Aesthetically pleasing & worth the money.

They have ordinary stuff. The phones work well (but not at too low temperatures). Yeah, their camera's great. Other than that, it's just a fine phone that's nice to use. So I don't share the hype that comes up when Apple release a new phone or laptop.

I had a 2 days delivery delay and customer support responded quickly and notified me about the package status. Constant updates made it even better.
